Geopolitics and Markets Review 10th October 2022:
I’ve decided on a name change. Thought it was more fitting to be called The Geopolitics Report, as I talk about Geopolitics. Also, my actual name is Dylan. Going to make this a bit more personal to me so any reader can get to know me, and not somebody behind a screen. Anyway, let's get back to it.
After Russia annexed the four regions in Ukraine (Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk and Donetsk). It appears the Ukrainian response was the bombing of the Crimean bridge. Many videos have been circulating with people trying to figure out if the explosion came from a truck or a boat.
Either way, it doesn’t matter where it came from, it happened. The explosion took out one side of the road completely, and the railway caught fire as oil tankers were in transit across the bridge. There are rumours and videos suggesting the bridge is reopened on one lane. If it is true, a mass exodus from Crimea to Russia could be seen. Ukraine’s advances in recent months will reach a key point at Kherson.
